HATCH Architects has reached a cooperation with Shanghai Aijia group to build an Oriental Future K12 International School with the concept of nature education in Anji White Tea town, Zhejiang Province.
White Tea town is located in Xilong Township, the origin of Anji Baicha, with beautiful landform and natural endowment. Baicha town is a cultural tourism project of industrial integration, which is deeply cooperated by Aijia group and local government. It is a characteristic town with the concept of "poetic economic community" and "future rural Utopia".
HATCH will build a future "nature school" in the tea garden. From the perspective of cultivating students' imagination and creativity, it will use design to enable children to connect with nature in education space, activate freedom and independent personality, and obtain inspiration of imagination and creation in the beauty of nature.
